Today we wanted to share one of our favorite taco recipes! You can use crunchy shells or flour tortillas (or corn tortillas if you are gluten free) and customize it by using your preferred toppings.

Chicken Avocado Tacos

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
2 drops YL black pepper vitality essential oil (never consume oils that are not young living vitality oils)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 drop YL oregano vitality essential oil (you’re getting immune boosting properties and excellent flavor by adding this)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup Chicken BONE broth (This stuff has a GAZILLION benefits!)

Instructions:

Sauté bell pepper and onion in a bit of olive oil till soft. Add chicken, garlic and spices and stir frequently until cooked through. add bone broth and cook until most of the liquid is evaporated.

We topped these with:
chopped tomatoes
mixed greens
sliced avocado
homemade fermented saurkraut (for a probiotic boost)
black olives

Serves 4
