Fake-out Mashed Cauliflower!

This is a great, healthier alternative to the #1 comfort food: mashed potatoes. Minimal ingredients and a great side dish to any meal!

1 large head of cauliflower
1 cup water
salt to taste
2 drops Young Living Black Pepper Vitality Essential Oil (never consume oils that are not young living vitality oils)
2 T grass fed butter
3 cloves of garlic, minced


Cut up the cauliflower and add it to a pot with the water.
Cover and bring to a boil. Steam for 20 minutes, or until fork tender but not mushy.
Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in the butter for 1 minute.
Drain the cauliflower completely, and puree it in a food processor with the essential oil. Serve topped with garlic butter.
The garlic butter really makes it taste like mashed potatoes!
