Getting to Know Your Virtual Office (VO)

Let’s talk about one of the most powerful (and underused!) tools you have as a Young Living member: your Virtual Office, lovingly referred to as the VO.

This is the behind-the-scenes hub for all things YL — it’s where you place orders, track your commissions, manage your team, and access all kinds of helpful resources. If you’ve never logged in, you’ll find it at www.youngliving.com.

Today, I’m going to walk you through my favorite features inside the VO — the ones I use all the time and think you’ll love too. Let’s dive in!


1. Link Builder


2. Rank Qualification Tracker

Want to know exactly what you need to hit your next rank? The VO makes it easy to track your PV, OGV, PGV, and team structure. Just click “Dashboard” → “Rank Qualification” and you’ll see a visual breakdown of where you’re at — and what’s left to check off.

Pro tip: The green progress boxes are weirdly satisfying to watch fill up. I recommend checking in at least once a day — it’s super motivating!


3. Loyalty Rewards


4. Commissions Breakdown

This is always a fun tab to click! To see your paychecks, go to “My Account” → “My Commissions.” You’ll see every commission you’ve earned — and if you click the little blue check number next to each one, you’ll get a full breakdown of exactly how you earned it.

You’ll see Fast Start bonuses, Unilevel commissions, your rank, your OGV — all the details. It’s super helpful for setting goals and brainstorming how to grow in each area.


5. Reports

Want to know who enrolled last month? Who qualified for the 300PV promo? Who’s on Loyalty Rewards or close to going inactive? The Reports tab is your best friend.

You can run custom reports and filter by just about anything you need. This is a great tool for checking in on your team, following up, and offering support where it’s needed most. Bonus: the YL Insights App syncs with this and makes it even easier to manage on the go!


6. Member Resources

This goldmine is located on the left side of your VO and includes everything from:

  • The full Product Catalog
  • The Compensation Plan
  • The current Out of Stock List (plus restock estimates!)
  • Details on how to qualify for YL trips and incentives
  • Company policies and more

Definitely take a few minutes to browse through. There’s a ton of valuable info just waiting to be discovered.


7. Live Chat

Have a question or need quick help? Use the Live Chat feature — just click the purple chat icon in the bottom right corner of your VO.

You’ll be connected with a real YL team member who can help with shipping issues, product questions, commissions, and more. My favorite use? Stacking new enrollments — you can get it done instantly via Live Chat (within 5 days of sign-up), instead of emailing. Just have your name, member number, and 4-digit PIN ready.

Heads up: the chat queue can be a bit longer at the end of the month, so plan accordingly!
