Great Day Protocol

Have you ever woken up feeling unstoppable and ready to seize the day? Perhaps you know someone who radiates this energy and confidence at the crack of dawn. Whether you’re a morning person or not, there’s no denying that the first moments set the mood for the rest of the day. Get to know Gary’s Protocol Today!

High performers and achievers in all sorts of fields will often tell you that one of their biggest keys to success is developing good habits and forming solid routines. The direction of your day can often be traced back to how you started your morning; start strong with good habits that set you on a productive and healthy track and you’ll likely see a lot of other great things happen throughout your day.

Of course, good habits aren’t a guarantee of a great day. External circumstances, which you likely have little to no control over, will always come into play. The difference is that when you have begun your day on solid ground, you’ve slept enough and have done what you need to do to get your mind and energy in the right place, the bumps in the road that do come up won’t seem like such a big deal because you’ve equipped yourself to handle them.

Incorporating essential oils into your morning routine can amplify your intentions and enhance your feelings of confidence so you can start your day from a place of strength. Layering and blending specific oils in distinct ways can help cultivate the right mindset, focus the intentions, and provide an emotional anchor throughout your day.

That’s why Young Living founder, D. Gary Young, created the Great Day Protocol as a system for using four specific essential oils to help align your body and mind to conquer the day. These oils are particularly great for emotional balancing, and when used together they each perform their own special functions to set you up for success.

The Great Day Protocol is designed to help you feel empowered, optimistic, and confident as you begin your day. Getting your mindset right first thing in the morning will help you align with your goals, set your intentions, and put your best foot forward! (Not to mention, you’ll smell amazing, too!)
